The group
A baobab stores water in its trunk for the dry season and can stand for more than a thousand years. It shelters, feeds and gives shade to everything around it.
That's the idea behind Bawbab Group. One parent with a long view, holding three businesses that each look after people at work in a different way: the gear that protects them, the waste that could harm them, and the skills that build their careers.
Each company keeps its own name, team and specialism. The group provides the root system underneath: governance, shared standards and the patience to build for the long term.
